Reporting to the Director of Product, you will play a key role in revolutionizing our operations globally. This remote US-based position requires leading Supply App development and optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, managing the product lifecycle, prioritizing development efforts, and establishing key performance indicators. The ideal candidate possesses significant product management experience in a tech or startup environment, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree. Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within a tech or startup environment
- Proven track record of working successfully with Operations Teams
- Experience in mobile app development and UX/UI design
- Experience designing and launching experiments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of Lime's Supply App
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to implement new features
- Analyze operator feedback and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmaps
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch analysis
- Prioritize product backlog and development efforts to align with business goals
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success
- Engage in research and experimentation, incorporating insights into product development
