Summary

Join PENN Entertainment's Interactive Product Management team as a Product Leader and manage, innovate, and execute product initiatives focusing on the sports betting experience in ESPN BET and theScore BET. You will define product solutions, report on KPIs, utilize data for decision-making, ensure awareness of launched features, and drive transparency and accountability. This high-impact role requires strong collaboration, leadership, and agility. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years of people leadership, and experience in the sports betting or iCasino industry. Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in product management, plus 2+ years of people leadership experience
  • Experience working in sports betting or iCasino industry is required
  • Experience building, operating, and managing B2C SaaS products with millions of users
  • Ability to grasp product strategy and execution and how they align to business value
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions and back up assumptions and recommendations
  • Strong leader with a competitive edge who can inspire, influence, build talent collaborate, and provide direction in a complex space that breeds results
  • Innate emotional intelligence with a proven ability to navigate complex topics with many stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and comprehension skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Ability to work with engineering teams to go deep into technical concepts, make tradeoffs to remove roadblocks, evaluate alternative approaches, and make critical prioritization decisions
  • Experience managing and coaching product managers to deliver

Responsibilities

  • Discover and define product solutions that contribute to PENN’s goals, while developing and planning a product strategy that aligns to long-term objectives
  • Define and report on KPIs that track performance of existing products and new features
  • Utilize learnings (quantitative/qualitative) to drive data-informed prioritization and decision making
  • Ensure widespread awareness of the features/products launched through GTM strategies
  • Drive transparency and accountability when it comes to communication, product documentation and development process
  • Nurture a high-level of collaboration with multiple stakeholders and team members
  • Work closely with other partners to develop a strong comprehension of the competitive landscape and use it to drive roadmap prioritization
  • Invest in the growth of the wider Product Team through coaching, developing best practices, and continuous improvements targets
  • Other duties as required
