Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields, or equivalent years of related experience
- 5-7 years of demand generation experience within B2B SaaS, with a proven track record in multi-channel marketing campaigns and a focus on digital/growth marketing
- Proven track record of driving higher conversion rates and pipeline growth through strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing strategies
- Proficient with marketing tools such as Salesforce, marketing automation - specifically Marketo AND Pardot/Hubspot, Google products (Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Ads), and AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, or custom LLMs)
- Familiarity with GenAI applications in marketing, including content automation, predictive lead scoring, and AI-enhanced lead conversion strategies
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Own demand generation campaign execution and strategy for the iQueue for Infusion Centers team; generate qualified leads, drive higher conversion, and pipeline creation, including managing campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance tracking across various channels
- Support the event manager in flawless event execution, including booth collateral, field marketing dinners, pre and post show event emails, and coordinating with the business development team for lead follow up
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with new vendors to enhance our demand generation efforts and expand reach to new target prospects for our Infusion product
- Develop and execute comprehensive outbound multi-touch email marketing programs to engage and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel
- Write, build, and optimize email copy, landing pages, and audience segmentation lists for three business units (infusion centers, operating rooms, and inpatient flow)
- Work with the Marketing Ops and BDR leads to launch GenAI-driven personalization and lead nurturing by utilizing AI-powered tools to create hyper-personalized content, email sequences, and chatbot interactions for improved engagement
- Collaborate with content marketing team and account based marketing team to create and optimize paid media campaigns, including PPC, social ads, and retargeting, to drive high-intent traffic and conversions
- Support website content updates, ensuring that all website content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines and user experience; collaborate with internal teams to create and update website content as needed
