Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AML/KYC/CTF or financial crime roles, with at least 2 years on Senior position
- Strong understanding of global sanctions, PEP screening, and typologies of money laundering and terrorist financing
- Familiarity with SAR filing processes and regulatory expectations in key jurisdictions
- Professional certification (e.g., CAMS, ACAMS, ICA)
- Prior experience in a fintech or digital‑assets environment
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to dissect complex transaction patterns and draw clear conclusions
- Attention to Detail: Rigorous in documentation and adherence to procedures
Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a team of transaction monitoring analysts and antifraud analysts
- Assign workloads, conduct performance reviews, and identify training needs
- Automate the processes inside the team
- Prepare and present regular metrics (e.g., alert volumes, case closure rates, risk trends) to senior management
- Escalate high‑risk cases
- Collaborate with other teams
