Requirements

  • Proven experience leading Salesforce architecture and platform evolution, ideally in a multi-cloud environment
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise, especially in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to align technical roadmaps to business goals
  • Confidence working in messy environments and leading teams through platform audits, migrations, and optimisations
  • Conversational level English language skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Architect certifications
  • Experience with Revenue Cloud or CPQ and understanding of SaaS billing models
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with tools like Segment, Iterable, or BI platforms
