This remote position based in India focuses on Salesforce CPQ implementation, GainSight, NetSuite, and integration projects. You will develop and execute test plans, perform various testing types, manage test cycles in JIRA, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses extensive Salesforce QA experience, particularly in CPQ testing, and a strong understanding of software testing methodologies. Simpplr offers a flexible Hub-Hybrid-Remote work model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CSE/MCA or equivalent work experience
  • Six (6)+ years of QA experience in the salesforce environment especially in CPQ ( Quote to Cash) testing with Subscription business concepts
  • Willing to work 3 to 4 days in USA PST time zone till 11:00 AM PST
  • Mastery of software Quality Assurance / Testing methodologies, obtained via university degree or work experience
  • Ability to pick things up very quickly and turn them into action plans
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience using SQA tools (Test Rail & JIRA) and (SQL) database querying tools
  • Knowledge in: CPQ/Quote To Cash Testing, Subscriptions model, New, amendment and auto renewal Quote to Cash process
  • Hands-on experience with: Salesforce.com, Agile Scrum (QA lead, scrum master a plus), JIRA and Test Rails, Excel and other data analysis tools, SOQL and API Testing
  • Experience with data analytics reports/dashboards testing by cross checking with source DBs and Snowflake data
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively document, track and drive the team toward QA goals and objectives
  • Highly organized and able to maintain detailed documentation on processes, standards, and projects
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to effectively multitask
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and non-technical staff
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate and provide QA support to both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications
  • Perform functional, regression, system integration, and automated testing
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs using JIRA
  • Manage and maintain test cycles within JIRA
  • Collaborate with salesforce administrators, developers and UAT resources to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Participate in requirements review sessions and provide feedback from a QA perspective
  • Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
  • Work with data analysts and validate analytics reports, validate third party SaaS sales application integrations with salesforce, snowflake, GainSight and NetSuite
  • Build and run robotic automation testing
