Lead Systems Engineer

Summary

Requirements

• Strong experience with Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS services
• Proven skills in installing, configuring, and managing VMWare infrastructures
• Experience with enterprise storage solutions such as NetApp
• In-depth knowledge of Veeam backup software installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365 and G Suite administration, especially in complex environments
• Knowledge of Office 365 applications, including Azure Directory
• Experience in SSO/MFA integration with cloud services such as Office 365 and G Suite
• Familiarity with MDM solutions, preferably Workspace One
• Proficient in Windows PowerShell, particularly in relation to Microsoft Azure and Exchange Server
• Strong fundamentals in systems engineering and platform architecture
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail
• Experience in implementing Office 365 in medium-sized environments
• Knowledge of email security principles and best practices
• Minimum 5 years of Systems Administration experience
• At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365, including migrations
• Professional demeanor with the ability to take complete ownership of tasks and deliver results on time

• Ensure projects are executed successfully by communicating effectively, managing budgets, and monitoring project timelines and risks
• Analyze data, make informed recommendations, and drive solutions based on your understanding of both technical and business needs
• Deploy, integrate, and maintain both on-premise and cloud-based systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AWS and AWS backup solutions is a plus
• Familiarity with patch management and image building (experience with MDT preferred)
