Summary

Join ezCater as a Lead Talent Development & Change Specialist and contribute to the success of key initiatives within the People team. You will develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and cultural shifts. Simultaneously, you will design and deliver talent development programs, enhancing employee skills and leadership capabilities. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including People Business Partners and Internal Communications, to create impactful learning experiences and refine talent processes. You will report to the Director, People Strategy & Development, working closely with other leaders in the People team. The position offers a chance to make an enterprise-wide impact on employee growth and organizational change.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience within change management, talent management, talent development, or OD within a People function
  • Action-oriented, detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills. Able to work autonomously and manage multiple competing priorities with exceptional quality and follow through
  • Highly skilled in verbal/written communication, facilitation and training
  • Collaborative, team-oriented, approachable, and personable; able to build strong relationships and influence people and project teams
  • Experience consulting, coaching and developing people individually and in groups
  • A learning mindset and growth orientation

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders across the People team to shape and influence change management strategies for key People team initiatives, spanning people, process, structure and technology
  • Change management approaches should not only drive adoption of the change, but also the cultural and behavioral shifts needed to support long-term success
  • Facilitate the development of change management plans, stakeholder analyses, risk mitigation plans, impact assessments, change readiness assessments, and success measures
  • Develop/review written communication materials and resources related to People-team change initiatives; partner with the Internal Comms team as needed to align on communications plans for changes with broad organizational reach or significant impact
  • Collaborate on the development and delivery of learning programs aimed at building skills, supporting team effectiveness, and strengthening leadership capabilities
  • Consult with the People Business Partners to offer innovative talent development tools and customized learning solutions
  • Manage and refine critical talent processes and lead ad-hoc projects

Preferred Qualifications

Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred; Proven track record leading change through cultural shifts, mindset shifts, and transformation journeys
