Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in rules engine development, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Proficiency with automated tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG), performance tools (e.g., JMeter), and test management tools (e.g., TestRail)
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end testing, including planning, execution, and reporting
  • Develop and implement strategies for functional, regression, performance, security, and user acceptance testing
  • Create and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts aligned with project goals
  • Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and feedback
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery
  • Track and manage defects using tools like Jira, ensuring resolution before release
  • Implement automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SAFe/Agile Software Development
  • Familiarity with VA environment is a plus
  • Ability to obtain a government clearance
  • Azure Certified Cloud Practitioner or any related certification
  • Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder DevSecOps setting
