Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in rules engine development, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proficiency with automated tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG), performance tools (e.g., JMeter), and test management tools (e.g., TestRail)
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end testing, including planning, execution, and reporting
- Develop and implement strategies for functional, regression, performance, security, and user acceptance testing
- Create and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts aligned with project goals
- Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and feedback
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery
- Track and manage defects using tools like Jira, ensuring resolution before release
- Implement automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SAFe/Agile Software Development
- Familiarity with VA environment is a plus
- Ability to obtain a government clearance
- Azure Certified Cloud Practitioner or any related certification
- Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder DevSecOps setting
