Summary
Join SimplePractice as a Lead Product Manager to drive innovation and growth in our new client referrals offering for clinicians. You will define product strategy, build and scale 0-1 products, integrate with partners, grow website traffic and conversion, and transform complex problems into user-friendly solutions. This role requires a strong track record in product strategy, building and scaling products, partner evaluation and integration, and improving website traffic and conversion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to launch and grow new products. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in product management, experience with provider marketplaces, and a proven ability to launch and grow new products from inception. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management
- Experience working on provider marketplaces
- Ability to translate long-term vision into a coherent strategy for both executive audiences and working partners
- Proven experience launching and growing new product from inception
- Experience evaluating external partner opportunities and collaborating with partner teams to build integrated product solutions
- Comfort with SEO and SEM strategies and experience driving optimizations to increase website traffic and conversion
- Demonstrated experience turning highly complex problems into elegant solutions for users
- Passion for getting deep into the details of a product space/ industry and comfort with handling edge cases and complexity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience using data to inform decisions, measure impact, segment user populations, build business cases, and prioritize initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to clearly communicate and present complicated topics to a range of audiences
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a product strategy that focuses on high-impact initiatives that drive business results while remaining flexible to changing market dynamics
- Conduct customer research and analyze data to uncover underlying pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Apply a combination of qualitative and quantitative research, competitive intelligence, customer segmentation, and product intuition to drive product innovation
- Turn greenfield concepts into reality - scaling from 0 to 1 by rapidly testing, learning, and iterating into product market fit for customers by running experiments
- Evaluate the opportunities possible by working with external partners, and collaborate with partner teams to define and deliver integrated product solutions that expand our reach and value proposition
- Collaborate with our SEO and SEM team to increase website traffic and conversion with a range of technical and user experience optimizations
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (senior leadership, engineering, design, data science, customer success, finance, other product teams, and marketing)
- Work closely with Product Marketing to drive monetization and go-to-market strategy of new products
- Define and track product metrics to measure the value that we are bringing to customers and the business, using insights to iterate and refine strategies
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices and technology advancements to inform product decisions
- Lead the full product development lifecycle from conceptualization of ideas through launch
- Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry, ideally with referral workflows
- Experience using AI and ML to solve user problems
