Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and information architecture
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile development processes

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and concept development to high-fidelity prototyping and user testing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business objectives
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across products
