Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Web Developer or similar role with a minimum of 4+ years
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Core JavaScript
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
• Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS
• Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or Sketch
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web developers
• Design and develop web pages that are visually appealing and highly functional
• Create responsive designs ensuring compatibility across various devices and browsers
• Implement and maintain CSS-heavy projects, ensuring best practices and optimal performance
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality results
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize web design for maximum speed and scalability
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Ensure consistency in designs and align them with the company’s branding guidelines

Preferred Qualifications
