Summary

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at HBCU or PBI in an undergraduate program with a target graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026
  • A successful candidate will have a natural curiosity, willingness to learn, and the ability to engage and influence a diverse group of colleagues and customers – all to drive positive business results
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or related field
  • Interested in Sales Leadership or Field Marketing career path
  • Must be 21 years of age at time of internship
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate complex issues and conduct root cause analysis to resolve problems
  • Must be able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Through this internship, you'll get exposure to business-critical projects, data analysis and strategy development, while working with cross functional team members in sales, field marketing, finance, etc
  • Lead in the development and delivery of business analysis and sales strategy related projects to drive business growth
  • Work closely with commercial sales leadership and team to ensure effective communication, project delivered on time and in full and future execution of project recommendations
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and other cross functional partners to identify business opportunities
  • Other projects as assigned
