Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree from a four-year accredited college or university in a related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively to all levels of an organization
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent project streams, with a track record of getting things done at a high level of quality
- Excellent critical thinking skills, with an ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team to achieve goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Curious Mindset
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound lead generation
- Coordinate internal projects
- Ensure alignment between customers and Kerry's internal teams
- Conceptualize, develop, and process new products
- Work in lab and pilot plant environments
- Serve as the central point of contact for order fulfillment
- Proactive communication to internal stakeholders (Plant Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales)
- Ensure alignment and positive customer outcomes
- Oversee quality control measures
- Conduct audits
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (like HACCP and GMP)
- Assist in safety audits
- Support safety training programs
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Promote a culture of safety across the plant within all production processes
- Develop, optimize and implement maintenance strategies
- Execute maintenance excellence programs
- Define asset criticality
- Leverage key performance indicators to improve asset performance at optimal costs
- Optimize processes through technology to better support internal customer care teams
- Collaborate on modeling and planning efforts
- Utilize data to enhance operational efficiency
