Responsibilities
- Develop strong foundation in communication, product knowledge, and operations
- Collaborate with a diverse team to educate patients about Circadia Health's products and services
- Take charge of educating and streamlining the coordination of virtual patient care within skilled nursing facilities
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the innovative health tech industry and patient centric healthcare solutions
- Identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients (Sales track)
- Manage post-sale relationships, ensure customers are fully supported and satisfied with Circadia Health's products (Customer Success path)
- Optimize internal processes and ensure efficient operations within Circadia Health's services (Operations track)
- Develop and implement staffing plans to meet operational needs

Phase One: Patient Operations Coordinator
Program Timeline: 9 months
In your first rotation, you will step into the role of a Patient Operations Coordinator, where you’ll develop a
strong foundation in communication, product knowledge, and operations. You’ll gain firsthand experience in the
daily operations of skilled nursing facilities and learn how to educate patients about Circadia Health’s innovative products and services.
Key Highlights:

and leadership.

Phase Two: Rotation of Departments
Program Timeline: 3 Months
Before choosing your career path, you will participate in a comprehensive rotation through key departments at Circadia Health, including Sales, Customer Success and Operations. This immersive experience is designed to provide you with firsthand exposure to the day-to day responsibilities, workflows and priorities of each department. You will have the opportunity to shadow and collaborate with experienced team members, gaining insights into their roles.
Sales:
In the Sales track, you will focus on identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with
potential clients. You’ll develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of Circadia
Health’s solutions, tailoring pitches to meet the specific needs of healthcare facilities. Your role will involve
managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and onboarding new
clients. Success in this path is driven by your ability to meet sales targets and grow revenue while building
lasting partnerships.
Customer Success:
In the Customer Success path, you will be responsible for managing post-sale relationships, ensuring customers
are fully supported and satisfied with Circadia Health’s products. You’ll oversee onboarding, provide training,
and drive customer adoption of our technology, helping them achieve their desired outcomes. Additionally,
you’ll gather and analyze feedback to improve customer experiences and relay important insights to internal
teams. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and overall account growth.
Operations:
In the Operations track, you’ll focus on optimizing internal processes and ensuring efficient operations within
Circadia Health’s services. You’ll gain experience building and refining operating models to streamline workflows and improve service delivery across skilled nursing facilities. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for developing
and implementing staffing plans to meet operational needs, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
Success in this role is measured by your ability to create scalable programs, enhance efficiency, and support
overall business growth through strong operational frameworks.
Phase Three: Choose Your Path! (12 Months)
In the second year of the program, you will specialize in one of three high-impact areas: Sales, Customer
Success, or Operations. This phase gives you the opportunity to deepen your expertise as an associate and gain hands-on experience, positioning you for long-term success with Circadia Health.
