Summary

Join Datacom as a Learning and Development Advisor and assist the Manager – ANZ Learning and Organisational Development in planning, developing, implementing, and administering development and training programs for Datacom employees. You will lead the development and delivery of learning initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders to identify capability needs, design effective learning solutions, and manage learning administration processes. This role requires extensive knowledge of learning methodologies, strong facilitation skills, experience with learning systems, and significant experience in developing employee initiatives. Requirements

  • Possess extensive knowledge of contemporary learning methodologies
  • Have strong workshop facilitation skills (virtual & in person) with the ability to ensure learning objectives are met
  • Demonstrate experience in learning content and programme design in a variety of modalities
  • Have experience with learning systems (LMS & LXP)
  • Have significant experience with identifying, developing and deploying a wide range of employee initiatives within a complex industry. 4+ years of Human Resource/corporate training experience
  • Demonstrate experience in coordinating and implementing organisational learning and development initiatives
  • Have experience in co-designing solutions with key stakeholders to ensure they are fit for purpose
  • Possess strong business acumen
  • Have a sound understanding of the business strategy, with an ability to grasp the big picture
  • Exercise judgment in selecting learning methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  • Be able to frequently interact and influence with a variety of stakeholders and team members
  • Possess strong communication skills with excellent writing ability and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of learning and development initiatives in line with the broader Datacom strategy
  • Collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders to identify key capability needs and priorities
  • Lead the design, development, delivery and measurement of effective learning solutions
  • Communicate and promote learning and development initiatives across the organisation
  • Manage efficient and effective learning and development administration processes and programme management
  • Be actively involved in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
  • Collate and analyse people data and provide recommendations to management on strategies to improve employee engagement and training initiatives
  • Ensure learning and development initiatives are in line with the business objectives, aligned to budget expectations to achieve planned targets
