Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and leading organizational change management plans, with a demonstrated ability to manage large, complex initiatives
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring team members in a professional services or consulting environment
- A versatile background in People, Business, and Technology with experience in Digital Product, Digital Strategy, or Digital Transformation projects
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) is required
- Specific experience in leading change and training initiatives for platforms such as marketing automation, loyalty management, e-commerce, customer data platforms, analytics, and content management
- Comprehensive change management experience complemented by a versatile background in People, Business, and Technology, ideally with a focus on Human Capital, People & Change, or Organizational Development, to ensure adaptability and flexibility in our dynamic environment
- Expertise in change management methodologies and best practices, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business results
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster partnerships with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership
- Experience in developing and implementing metrics to measure change management success
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to navigate both traditional and agile project methodologies, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments
- A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership, with a passion for developing people and driving organizational change
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive organizational change management strategies tailored to client needs, taking ownership of change initiatives
- Act as a strategic advisor to client leadership, providing guidance on change management challenges and solutions at an executive level
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to create and communicate change management roadmaps, including transition plans for digital and IT solutions
- Oversee the execution of change management plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timely delivery of outcomes
- Develop and implement robust training programs to support digital transformation, tailoring content for diverse audiences and skill levels
- Engage in stakeholder analysis and change readiness assessments, guiding engagement strategies and fostering buy-in across all levels of the organization
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the successful adoption of new technologies and processes
- Establish and track change management metrics to measure the impact and success of initiatives, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality change management practices
- Facilitate and lead cross-functional collaboration, empowering teams to execute innovative solutions that advance organizational goals
- Participate in proposal creation and pitching for new tracks of change management work with new and existing clients
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends, integrating them into change management methodologies to drive successful outcomes
- Represent the organization as a change management expert in client meetings and industry events, showcasing thought leadership and expertise
