Summary

Join Verra Mobility as a Manager of Learning & Development (L&D) and play a strategic role in building and delivering learning solutions that enhance employee performance and drive organizational capability. Develop enterprise-wide L&D programs, including leadership development and compliance training. Contribute to core Talent Management initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, and career development frameworks. Design, deliver, and scale high-impact learning programs across leadership, professional, and compliance development. Partner with business leaders to assess training needs and align L&D initiatives with company goals. Implement innovative learning methods and measure learning effectiveness. Manage the company-wide onboarding experience and LMS administration.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years in Learning and Development, HR Leadership Roles and Talent Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced with Office products like Excel and PowerPoint to generate presentations and feedback cycles
  • Strong problem-resolution and analytical skills
  • Flexible and adaptable regarding learning, task assignments, and learning new technologies
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree Required, Masters preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and scale high impact learning programs across leadership, professional, and compliance development
  • Partner with business leaders to assess training needs and align L&D initiatives with company goals
  • Implement innovative, blended learning methods (eLearning, in person, virtual, peer learning)
  • Measure and report on learning effectiveness using key metrics and learner feedback
  • Own and manage the company-wide onboarding experience and LMS administration
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for instructional design and adult learning theory
  • Support the performance management cycle, including tools, timelines, and leader enablement
  • Contribute to the evolution of career pathing, internal mobility, and talent calibration practices
  • Assist in building talent review processes and succession planning frameworks
  • Partner with HRBPโ€™s to ensure L&D programs align with broader talent strategies
