Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., coaching certification, leadership development certification) may be beneficial
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the Leadership Development or L&D function or other HR function
  • Blend of formal and informal HR and L&D training/education
  • Familiar with various learning theories, instructional design, evaluation & measurement, performance consulting,Β and needs analysis, etc
  • Strong understanding of leadership and management theories, models, and best practices
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Analytical skills to assess leadership potential and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Project management skills to plan, execute, and track progress on multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and change

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement development programs aligned with organizational goals and strategies
  • Facilitate leadership development workshops, seminars, and training sessions for employees at various levels of the organization
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to emerging and existing leaders
  • Develop and administer assessments to evaluate leadership potential and performance
  • Partner with other HR functions and business leaders to support broader organizational development initiatives
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in leadership development
