Summary
Join Cadmus, a global EdTech company, as a Learning Designer and contribute to creating impactful learning experiences at scale. Reporting to the Head of Learning, you will transform assessments into engaging activities, manage the assignment template gallery, review assessment designs, analyze data to support assessment design, and delight educators and students with creative learning approaches. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of experience in education or EdTech, strong communication skills, and advanced analytical skills. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Academic Research, Teaching or equivalent field of study
- 5+ years experience working in the field of Education, Teaching, Academic Research or Education-Technology at a global provider
- Highly articulate spoken and written English communications skills with a gift for explaining complex pedagogical ideas succinctly
- Advanced problem-solving, critical thinking, qualitative and quantitative research skills and outstanding attention to detail
- Deep expertise in learning, academia, learning design and teaching and technology
- An ability to analyse both qualitative and quantitative data using Excel, Google Sheets or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Transform written assessments and exams into impactful and engaging learning activities
- Manage the assignment template gallery, continuously building, maintaining and upgrading our learning assets
- Review assessment and exam designs to ensure they meet our learning quality standards
- Analyse assessment and exam data to support short, mid and long-term assessment design work
- Delight our educators and students with fun, creative and inspiring approaches to learning
