Join Infopro Learning as a Learning Developer and contribute to building performance-ready workforces. This 6-month contract position involves designing, developing, and delivering engaging eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise. You will transform existing content into interactive digital learning formats, incorporating multimedia elements and interactive features. Collaboration with subject matter experts and ensuring quality assurance through thorough testing are crucial aspects of this role. The ideal candidate possesses strong instructional design skills, a creative approach, and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
• Convert existing content, such as PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, or instructor-led materials, into digital learning formats
• Use multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) to create aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly courses
• Develop interactive elements such as quizzes, assessments, scenarios, and branching logic to enhance learner engagement
• Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content
• Conduct thorough testing of courses to ensure compatibility, accessibility, and a seamless user experience on multiple platforms and devices
• Update and maintain courses based on feedback or changes in content
• Ensure all courses are SCORM-compliant for seamless integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
