Requirements

- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders
- Must be confident and optimistic
- Must be driven and determined to achieve goals
- Must have strategic agility, be open-minded, and demonstrate creativity
- Must be able to work independently but also be a collaborative team player
- Self-starter who proactively takes the initiative on tasks and will be driving the change management efforts
- Strong proficiency in computer and software skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously; attention to detail is a must
Responsibilities
- Work with P&C Business Partners to build, implement, and monitor onboarding plans for new hires
- Coordinate with department heads and managers to tailor onboarding plans that address role-specific requirements
- Design and implement a structured career framework that aligns with organizational goals
- Conduct training needs analysis and relevant assessments to identify training requirements across departments
- Create training programs that support employee development
- Work closely with senior management, department heads, and other internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights
- Work with product managers to ensure standardization of training materials across the company
- Lead and manage training projects from inception to completion
- Leverage Dayforce LMS to build a central training repository and record-keeping
- Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and career framework initiatives
- Use innovative design of engaging digital and in-person learning programs
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or operations industry
