Requirements

  • Must be able to work independently but also be a collaborative team player
  • Self-starter who proactively takes the initiative on tasks and will be driving the change management efforts
  • Strong proficiency in computer and software skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously; attention to detail is a must

Responsibilities

  • Work with P&C Business Partners to build, implement, and monitor onboarding plans for new hires
  • Coordinate with department heads and managers to tailor onboarding plans that address role-specific requirements
  • Design and implement a structured career framework that aligns with organizational goals
  • Conduct training needs analysis and relevant assessments to identify training requirements across departments
  • Create training programs that support employee development
  • Work closely with senior management, department heads, and other internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights
  • Work with product managers to ensure standardization of training materials across the company
  • Lead and manage training projects from inception to completion
  • Leverage Dayforce LMS to build a central training repository and record-keeping
  • Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and career framework initiatives
  • Use innovative design of engaging digital and in-person learning programs
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or operations industry
