Learning Engagement Consultant

Summary

Join 360Learning as a Learning Engagement Consultant (LEC) and play a crucial role in helping clients integrate collaborative learning into their organizations. You will guide clients on using the 360Learning platform, delivering blended training (e-learning and live workshops). As part of the implementation team, you'll support customers launching their new platform, focusing on project timelines, customer satisfaction, and retention. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning and development, possesses strong consultative skills, and thrives in a results-oriented culture. Requirements

• Experience with creating or managing learning and development curriculum
• Recognized for your listening and teaching skills
• Express your ideas in a clear and concise manner, both in writing and orally
• Proactive and prefer working in a strong results-oriented culture
• Curious and have a strong appetite for digital tools and processes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Guide clients in learning how to use the 360Learning platform to reshape the way corporate learning is created, distributed, and engaged with by learners
• Work with a portfolio of customers, executing a blended training approach (e-learning and live workshops)
• Meet key project timelines
• Contribute to customer satisfaction
• Contribute to customer retention
• Become a Trello and Convexity expert through our onboarding process
• Understand how our Professional Services and Customer Success Teams work together to make customers successful
• Master our product and service offerings
• Meet the global team through virtual coffee meets and happy hours
• Host your first workshops with customers and get feedback from your peers
• Define your quarterly priorities in relation to the Professional Services Team with your coach
• Prepare your first complex workshop series with Enterprise customers
• Participate in regular Discovery Meetings with Product Managers to identify the features that will impact your team's activity
• Participate in pre-sales activities when large prospects need to experience first hand the type of support an LEC will provide
• Create educational resources for new services delivered by LECs
• Craft client-facing trainings and resources about new platform features and services
