Responsibilities include completing customer compliance questionnaires, reviewing supplier contracts, and developing the company's privacy program. The ideal candidate is a fully qualified lawyer with at least one year of post-qualification experience, fluent in English and German, with a strong understanding of German, Swiss, or Austrian legal systems. Requirements

• You are fluent in English and German
• You are a fully qualified lawyer with at least 1 year PQE
• You have deep understanding of the legal system in Germany, Switzerland or Austria

Responsibilities

• Completing customer compliance questionnaires
• Contract negotiations with customers
• Review & approval of supplier contracts
• Maintenance of our legal entities in Europe and further corporate housekeeping
• Maintenance and development of our privacy program
• Ensuring that our policies remain compliant with applicable regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• French or Italian is a plus
• You have a passion for solving legal challenges in an efficient and solution oriented way
• Rigorous, attentive to detail, and able to provide clear and concise explanations
• You are a strong communicator and confident discussing legal topics with both lawyers and non-lawyers
• As a strong analytical thinker, you thrive understanding and adjusting complex contractual agreements
