Summary

Join ElevenLabs, a rapidly growing AI company, as a Legal Operations Associate and play a key role in supporting the Legal team's operations. This remote position, preferably based in the US (New York preferred), offers the unique opportunity to work at the intersection of law, technology, and operations. You will optimize legal operations, build and manage workflows, draft legal responses, develop playbooks, support attorneys on various projects, and review/negotiate NDAs. Requirements

• New or recent graduate with strong academic credentials
• Interest or background in legal operations, privacy, AI regulation, or law

Responsibilities

• Optimize legal operations by identifying, implementing, and managing new tools, processes, and procedures to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the Legal team
• Build and manage key workflows, including for contract lifecycle management, data subject requests, and international expansion initiatives
• Draft and coordinate legal responses to internal business teams and external partners
• Develop and maintain Legal team playbooks, ensuring clear and consistent guidance on legal processes
• Support attorneys and the Legal team on various commercial, corporate, regulatory, and litigation projects as needed
• Review and negotiate NDAs, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Assist with other legal and compliance initiatives as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Some experience working in a startup, fast-scaling company, and/or tech company (preferred)
• Located in the U.S. (New York-area preferred, but not required)
