The ideal candidate is a fully qualified lawyer with at least one year of PQE, fluent in English and German, with a strong understanding of German, Swiss, or Austrian legal systems. Requirements

  • Be fluent in English and German
  • Be a fully qualified lawyer with at least 1 year PQE
  • Have a deep understanding of the legal system in Germany, Switzerland or Austria

Responsibilities

  • Complete customer compliance questionnaires
  • Negotiate contracts with customers
  • Review & approve supplier contracts
  • Maintain our legal entities in Europe and further corporate housekeeping
  • Maintain and develop our privacy program
  • Ensure that our policies remain compliant with applicable regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Be fluent in French or Italian
  • Have a passion for solving legal challenges in an efficient and solution oriented way
  • Be rigorous, attentive to detail, and able to provide clear and concise explanations
  • Be a strong communicator and confident discussing legal topics with both lawyers and non-lawyers
  • Be a strong analytical thinker, thriving on understanding and adjusting complex contractual agreements
