Legal Counsel

Summary

Join ServiceNow as a Legal professional supporting the continuous improvement of standard forms of agreement and legal processes. You will act as a trusted partner for internal customers, counseling them on company policies, legal issues, and risk tolerance. This role demands excellent business judgment and the ability to draft, negotiate, and manage multiple legal documents. You will provide support on Corporate Legal projects and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience, a strong legal background, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience
• Active membership in at least one U.S. State bar
• Relevant experience at a law firm and in-house
• Excellent negotiating and influencing skills, and a talent for non-confrontational, win-win negotiations
• Ability to distill complex issues and communicate well both one-on-one, in groups, and in internal and external contexts
• Degree is required
