Summary

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law, DJCE, Private Law or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with internal and external parties

Responsibilities

• Assist and advise operational teams on all legal matters
• Participate in the negotiation of all types of contracts necessary for Pretto's operation
• Maintain Contract Life Management tool and manage pre-contentious cases
• Assist in the management of any litigation
• Assist the Responsible Juridique & Conformité in exchanges with various regulatory bodies
• Assist the Responsable Juridique & Conformité in managing the Legal department's activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Obtaining the CRFPA is strongly appreciated
• First experience in a law firm or fintech start-up is strongly appreciated
