• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Based in Singapore / Malaysia / Hong Kong
• Prior experience in a legal environment would be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months (6 months would be ideal)

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and proofreading agreements and legal documents
• Perform administrative tasks, such as assisting with contracts process and signing, maintaining legal databases, tracking deadlines, and managing legal documents and files
• Provide legal research support on various issues including regulatory compliance, contract interpretation and case law
• Assist with ensuring that the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations by tracking changes in the legal landscape and helping to develop compliance programs and policies
• Support efforts to maintain data privacy compliance
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures to ensure legal and ethical business practices
• Assisting in all key legal-centric projects
