Requirements

• Previous experience in the Corporate/M&A department of a law firm as an intern is a must
• Fluency in English and French required
• Pragmatic, problem solver, fast executor and rigorous

Responsibilities

• Assistance on M&A transactions carried out by the Voodoo group
• Setting-up and support of gaming studios in the entire world, including assistance in the drafting and negotiation of the documentation, coordination with French and local legal advisors, and organization of signing and closing processes
• Corporate support to the French and foreign entities of the Voodoo group, including: Corporate governance issues, Implementation and follow-up of incentive mechanisms for employees (free shares, BSPCE, etc.), Corporate support to the Voodoo group entities (capital increases, organization of shareholders’ and board meetings, drafting of PoAs, etc.)
• Legal guidance and solutions provided to the operational teams
