Licensed Clinical Therapist

Summary

Join TimelyCare as a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Therapist and provide remote therapeutic counseling services to college students. You will develop treatment plans, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and collaborate with other teams. The ideal candidate possesses a strong clinical background, experience with young adults, and active state licensure in Oklahoma. This position requires a current license as an LPC/LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW; a license as a Clinical Psychologist is preferred.

Requirements

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills
• Experience with crisis intervention/de-escalation and safety/treatment planning
• Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, at at-risk populations, and/or experience working in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment
• Active state license in Oklahoma (additional licensed states a plus)

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population
• Document concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health record
• Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes following each session
• Communicate cross-functionally with other teams/departments in order to support care continuation as needed
• Adhere to established standards for documentation quality and code of ethics
• Work with the student/client to establish and develop treatment goals and document accordingly
• Utilize active listening skills and evidence-based modalities (SFBT, CBT, DBT, MI, ACT) in order to build rapport, establish boundaries, and progress student/client care
• Submit appropriate documentation in the EHR (the TimelyCare platform) in a punctual manner

Preferred Qualifications

Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP)
