Licensed Clinical Therapist

Summary

Join TimelyCare as a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Therapist and provide remote therapeutic counseling services to college students. You will develop and implement treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with other departments. The ideal candidate possesses a license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW, along with strong clinical skills and experience working with young adults. Requirements

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening skills
• Experience with crisis intervention/de-escalation and safety/treatment planning
• Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, at at-risk populations, and/or experience working in community mental health, crisis triage, or a college counseling environment

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic counseling services and treatment planning to a primarily young adult population
• Document concurrently and submit HIPAA compliant documentation using TimelyCare's electronic health record
• Develop and submit treatment plans and progress notes following each session
• Communicate cross-functionally with other teams/departments in order to support care continuation as needed
• Adhere to established standards for documentation quality and code of ethics
• Work with the student/client to establish and develop treatment goals and document accordingly
• Utilize active listening skills and evidence-based modalities (SFBT, CBT, DBT, MI, ACT) in order to build rapport, establish boundaries, and progress student/client care
• Submit appropriate documentation in the EHR (the TimelyCare platform) in a punctual manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, LP/LCP)
• Multiple licensed states a plus
