Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales and lead generation experience with diverse outreach channels (e.g., email, social, phone)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
- An analytical mindset and proven ability to build strong relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in market research, including healthcare news, clinical trial updates, and competitor analysis
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships with diverse teams
Responsibilities
- Communicate PicnicHealthโs value to potential Life Sciences prospects through various channels, including phone and email
- Leverage internal and external resources to generate new leads while tracking all outreach in Salesforce
- Participate in the development and implementation of new and creative outreach strategies to secure meetings with prospects, including event-based and account-based prospecting strategies
- Execute relevant market research (company, role, drugs, disease areas, trial results) on prospects and translate findings into meaningful messaging of how PicnicHealth can help them
- Drive business development and pipeline development activities with customers by securing initial meetings and engagements
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team and leverage research findings and sales materials to qualify leads into sales opportunities
- Travel (up to 30%) to conferences, client meetings, investigator meetings, and more
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software (bonus points for Apollo or similar sales productivity tools)

- Target Base Salary Range:Base Salary: $80k-100k (plus variable compensation)
