• Proven experience managing email campaigns across various email service providers
• Advanced skills in HTML email coding, including responsive design and troubleshooting
• A strong eye for design and experience in laying out copy within a design system for engaging and functional emails
• Technical acumen to navigate email marketing platforms and tools with ease
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Responsibilities

• Build and code HTML emails with precision to align with brand standards and best practices
• Leverage our design system to format and lay out copy for visually engaging email templates
• Manage the end-to-end production and deployment of email campaigns, ensuring seamless execution
• Oversee list management and segmentation to maximize audience targeting and campaign relevance
• Schedule, test, and QA email campaigns for accuracy, deliverability, and impact
• Generate and analyze email performance reports to provide insights and recommend optimizations
• Stay updated on email marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Braze, Marketo, Mailgun
• Experienced in Figma component building to update ongoing email design system
