Requirements
- 5+ years in sales / data operations or analytical systems roles
- Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, data modeling, and master data management
- Experience with CRM automation, workflows, and data management applications (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator)
- Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools (e.g., looker); SQL experience is a plus
- Background in leading data management projects or initiatives
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Manage a data governance program across all revenue team systems, ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity
- Own the data enrichment strategy and quality control program, including designing and implementing data hierarchies and monitoring CRM integrations
- Partner with Marketing Operations, Sales and Customer Success to ensure understanding and effective use of revenue data
- Develop analytics and dashboards to maintain data standards and support executive leadership with accurate metrics
- Establish processes for data flow, access controls, and adherence to data standards, including property-level validations and internal policies
- Ensure compliance and security of data, protecting it while identifying and communicating potential risks
