Join Rankings.io as a Link Builder and collaborate with the Link Building Manager to develop and create linkable assets, guest posts, and local backlinks. You will assist with vendor management and contribute to our end-to-end SEM services for law firms. Responsibilities include researching competitors, analyzing backlink profiles, auditing client sites, contacting websites for placements, reviewing and optimizing content, and reporting on progress. The ideal candidate possesses expert knowledge of link acquisition best practices, SEO content creation skills, and a passion for SEO. This remote position offers a competitive salary starting at $36,000, along with benefits such as unlimited PTO, a 3% matched Simple IRA, and 100% employer-funded health insurance (for full-time employees).

Responsibilities

• Researching competitor profiles and finding new opportunities for relevant, local backlinks
• Analyzing backlink profiles to ensure healthy links
• Auditing client sites’ backlink profiles with Ahrefs & SEMrush
• Researching competitor profiles to obtain possible placements
• Contacting sites & webmasters for placement
• Reviewing content for grammatical errors & misspellings
• Optimizing content for user intent & relevancy
• Following up on communication with websites
• Reporting on clients progress and acquired links
• Identifying issues for the Link Building Manager
• Auditing vendors deliverables for accuracy and quality
