Join WinnCompanies as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a six-month contract (approximately March 31st - September 26th)! This fully remote position, based in California, offers a salary between $80,000 and $90,000 annually. You will provide full-cycle recruiting support for various multi-family affordable housing communities across the western US. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, managing job postings, building candidate pipelines, and meeting hiring targets. The ideal candidate possesses strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and at least 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume industries. Requirements
- Possess strong active and passive candidate sourcing skills through Lever, Phenom, Indeed, and LinkedIn
- Demonstrate a high level of discretion and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential personnel matters and documentation
- Possess strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow-up skills
- Exhibit acute attention to detail
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Be comfortable presenting hiring updates to key stakeholders on a weekly/biweekly basis (virtually)
- Be self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player
- Demonstrate the ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees (both management and staff alike), vendors, clients, and others
- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience specializing in high-volume industries (specifically: skilled trades, facilities/maintenance, hotel/hospitality, property management, and/or staffing agency experience)
- Have a minimum of 2-4 years of ATS experience
- Have a minimum of 2-4 years of passive recruiting efforts, using CRMs and external resources
- Possess excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Have practical experience using advanced sourcing techniques
- Have a solid understanding of federal and state employment law and principles
Responsibilities
- Provide full-cycle recruiting support to your assigned region for a wide variety of multi-family affordable housing communities to hire onsite staff, such as maintenance technicians and supervisors, property managers, and leasing professionals
- Provide full-cycle recruiting support to hire maintenance/facilities and property management staff for our military housing installation sites in Hawaii, Alaska, California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado
- Develop and manage local partnerships with trade/vocational schools, college/universities, and workforce development programs to create talent pipelines
- Manage job postings and announcements, applicant correspondence, employee resumes, employment application forms, scheduling interviews, etc
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines through passive sourcing on Indeed, Linkedin, Phenom (CRM), Lever (ATS), social media, attending local recruiting/networking events, generating candidate referrals, etc
- Meet hiring targets created by TA leadership and key stakeholders
- Follow standard WinnCompanies hiring and onboarding policy and procedures
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers in a professional, service-oriented, respectful manner using skills in active listening and problem solving
Preferred Qualifications
- Have an Associate's degree and/or Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or another related field
- Have knowledge of general human resources concepts and policies
- Have Phenom CRM experience for passive sourcing of candidates
- Have Lever ATS experience
