This is a contract, full-time, remote position working US EST hours.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in media buying, with a significant focus on LinkedIn Advertising and B2B marketing
  • Extensive experience with LinkedIn Advertising, LinkedIn Insights Tags, HubSpot, Meta Advertising, and Google Advertising
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, analytics, and reporting tools. Proficiency in setting up and managing marketing workflows and automation
  • HubSpot Certification, Google Ads Certification, or any other relevant certifications
  • Understanding of industry-specific trends and best practices in B2B marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive LinkedIn ad campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn Insights Tags to enhance targeting and performance
  • Oversee B2B marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, and others, ensuring strategic alignment and effectiveness
  • Utilize HubSpot for creating and managing workflows, email automation, landing pages, forms, and opt-in pages. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing activities
  • Set up and maintain attribution models to track campaign performance. Analyze data to provide insights into CAC, LTV, cost per lead, MQL, SQL, and closed-won metrics
  • Collaborate with the content team to create and repurpose content for ads, ensuring alignment with B2B best practices
  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline marketing processes and enhance lead nurturing and conversion tracking
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and other key metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and content teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance
  • Familiarity with B2B content creation best practices and the ability to repurpose content into effective ads
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
