Listing Health Specialist

Summary

Join Spreetail, a rapidly growing e-commerce company, as a Listing Health Specialist! You will manage and maintain product listings on Amazon and Target, ensuring accuracy and optimization. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving listing errors, optimizing product content, collaborating with internal teams, and monitoring marketplace updates. Prior e-commerce experience is a plus, but we are open to training candidates with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. This is a remote position requiring a suitable home workspace setup, including specific computer specifications and reliable internet access.

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in Excel for tracking and analyzing listing data
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor
• At least 4GB RAM
• Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
• You are required to provide your own dual monitors
• A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
• PC Headset
• A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across Amazon and Target, ensuring they meet platform requirements
• Identify and resolve listing errors, including pricing, attributes, and compliance-related issues. Create and escalate cases for unresolved listing issues
• Optimize listings by improving product titles, descriptions, and images for better visibility
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product content accuracy and compliance
• Monitor marketplace updates and ensure timely adjustments to maintain listing health

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in e-commerce or listing management
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Target Plus
