Summary

Join our team as a Remote Listing Marketing Coordinator and play a pivotal role in driving success for our US residential real estate agents. You will own the listing marketing process from contract signing to closing, transforming AI-generated content into engaging social media posts, coordinating successful open houses, and creating impressive seller reports. Responsibilities include executing a comprehensive marketing checklist, managing social media content across multiple platforms, coordinating open houses, engaging with the community, improving our AI model, and preparing weekly seller reports. This role requires strong social media skills, experience with CRM and other relevant tools, and a proven ability to work remotely on US hours from the Philippines. Success in this position will be measured by key performance indicators such as checklist completion, report delivery, open house attendance, and organic lead generation. Requirements

  • 2 + years listing- or transaction-coordination for a US residential real-estate team —you know MLS fields, seller disclosures, time zones
  • Hands-on social-media experience (FB, IG, LI, YT); comfortable with Canva/CapCut or similar
  • Familiarity with CRMs, Dotloop/DocuSign, and checklist platforms (we’ll train on our custom stack)
  • Excellent written English and client-facing professionalism
  • A track record of working fully remote from the Philippines on US hours

Responsibilities

  • Execute the 100-point listing-marketing checklist —email drips, portal updates, MLS verifications—until every item shows 100 % complete weekly
  • Turn data into content: review AI-written copy, tweak headlines, and schedule four+ weekly posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube—no ad budget, all organic
  • Coordinate every open house: line up hosts, signage, digital RSVPs, and post-event follow-ups; drive attendee counts from today’s 150-250 / month to new highs
  • Engage the community fast: reply to comments/DMs within SLA, run simple ManyChat flows (“DM ‘INFO’ for the guide”) and log every lead to our CRM
  • Level-up our AI: test prompts, track which captions/Reels outperform, and feed wins back into the model so tomorrow’s drafts start smarter
  • Prep & send weekly seller reports —accurate stats, crisp insights—so every client feels heard and every agent looks like a hero
  • Constantly look for ways to improve the client and agent experience, and practice your craft to elevate your skills

Preferred Qualifications

Prompt-engineering, basic automation, or light video-editing chops
