Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Law
- Ability to work in a precise, pragmatic, and hands-on manner; demonstrating problem-solving attitude
- Perfect knowledge of English language (mandatory)
- Demonstrated excellence in organizational and project management, consistently meeting deadlines and effectively prioritising tasks
- Proficient drafting skills
- Confidence in providing support to both legal teams and business units
- Capability to showcase commercial awareness and a deep understanding of business requirements
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs), maintaining a consistently high standard of knowledge and application
Responsibilities
- Ensure our consumer-facing websites and apps comply with legal requirements, from content displays to the entire search and booking/purchase journey
- Develop T&Cs for our platforms, products, promotions, and competitions
- Advise on the legal requirements and framework for offering and selling online travel-related products
- Support in drafting and reviewing international contracts, such as but not limited to distribution and sales agreements, agency agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, non-disclosure agreements, sponsorship agreements etc
- Oversee commercial disputes and litigation across several jurisdictions
- Coordinate with external lawyers
- Support with creating and implementing efficient and scalable ways of working to enable sustainable business growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Admission to the National Bar Association
- Full proficiency of at least one of the following languages Italian/German/French/Spanish
