Responsibilities

  • Assist with accurately entering client details into our aggregation software (Infynity) and completing required forms
  • Help prepare and organise lenders' document checklists for brokers
  • Ensure client documents are correctly labelled and organised
  • Follow up with lenders regarding application statuses and timelines
  • Keep brokers informed of updates and outstanding requirements
  • Complete discharge forms for clients and provide necessary assistance
  • Assist with managing settlement bookings and ensuring smooth communication
  • Learn to complete compliance tasks using our internal tools (e.g., Infynity)
  • Keep application statuses updated in our task management system (Pipedrive) and communicate effectively with the team
  • Send confirmation letters and provide clients with payment details after settlement
  • Support in applying for pricing adjustments for existing clients and communicating updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years admin experience in the Australian lending market
  • Knowledge of current Australian lender policies and capacity to stay on top of lender and market policy movements
  • Familiarity with loan structures, particularly the difference between Asset Finance and Mortgage Finance
  • Experience using ApplyOnline, Quickly, Infynity or any other loan application software
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player and positive attitude at work
