  • Quick Learner: Ability to grasp new information quickly and focus on results
  • Multi-Tasker: Capable of juggling multiple tasks and handling stress with ease
  • Empathetic: A strong sense of empathy is essential

Responsibilities

  • Help Our Partners: Take calls and provide initial advice to our B2B partners in English
  • Provide Updates: Keep our partners informed about ongoing cases and provide regular updates
  • Lend a Hand: Assist other operation teams with communication in English
  • Handle Inquiries: Respond to information requests from B2B partners
  • Record Details: Document all your work in our CRM system
