Logistics Analyst

Summary

Join US Federal Solutions as a Logistics Analyst to support federal clients by analyzing and optimizing logistics operations and supply chain management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in logistics analysis or supply chain management preferred
• Experience as active duty or reserve US Air Force NCO or Officer with mobility, logistics and supply chain expertise preferred
• Strong proficiency in logistics software and tools
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with federal agencies is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Active and adjudicated Secret or Top Secret Security clearance

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement logistics strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics activities and ensure compliance with regulations
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on logistics metrics and performance
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain processes to maintain operational excellence
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes affecting logistics operations
• Provide support in logistics planning for DOD projects
• Mentoring and coaching of junior team members
