Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operations
• Knowledge of supply chain processes
• Experience in shipping/logistics
• Excel proficient - data analysis (important)
• Strong grasp of English language, including spoken and written
• Good problem-solving skills and confidence when facing challenges to ensure we provide excellence in customer experience

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders
• Shipping Marks & Lot Tracking Labels
• Freight Bookings: perform daily bookings approval and follow up with Forwarders and Factories
• Commercial Documents: execute commercial documents controls for every cargo shipped from our factories, ensuring all corrections are done promptly
• Collaborate on the monthly shipment plan from our factories
• Support Supply Chain activities with data entry tasks to ensure 100% of the information shown in BP is up-to-date daily
• Control Receivings, Create ASN’s
• Collaborate on the monthly Freight, Duties and Taxes calculation process
• Organize in Google Drive documentation related to vendors, pre-payment invoices, FF invoices & Commercial Docs, and weekly/monthly reports
