Requirements

  • Proficiency in data tracking, process refinement, and report building
  • Comfortable working under pressure and in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and maintain deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and implement best practices
  • Willingness to travel nationwide up to 10-50% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational activities related to deployment strategy, communication planning, and workflow improvement
  • Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive operations
  • Focus on operational excellence through defined performance metrics and dashboards
  • Build and manage a team to ensure success across research sites in the U.S. and internationally
  • Direct and mentor a large team of Logistics Leads, Site Support Specialists, and Site Setup Specialists
  • Manage teams and resources to meet project deadlines and operational goals
  • Oversee team meetings and real-time issue resolution
  • Develop and implement retention strategies and individualized talent development plans
  • Collaborate with Delivery Teams to execute site setup, trial implementation, maintenance, and decommission
  • Partner with Patient Access and Procurement teams for successful research site establishment
  • Ensure compliance with company-wide objectives and standard operating procedures
  • Facilitate transition from setup to launch for clinical operational teams
  • Collaborate with Training and People Teams to execute learning plans and modules
  • Lead trainings, conferences, and corporate events related to operations
  • Create and manage process improvement projects tailored to decentralized trial models
  • Address barriers through strategic projects and initiatives
  • Solve new and unexpected challenges within a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Utilize networks and channels to find appropriate solutions
