Summary

Join Inspiren, a company offering a complete ecosystem in senior living, as their detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Manager. You will manage and optimize inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring efficient goods flow and accurate inventory. Responsibilities include tracking shipments, planning outbound shipments, reviewing warehouse operations, collaborating on inventory, handling RMAs, processing invoices, managing order communication, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing operational data, reporting, and assisting with system automation. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related role are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also necessary. The position is remote, with a preference for Chicago, and requires willingness to travel to regional warehouse sites. The salary range is $60,000-$80,000.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a quantitative field
  • 1-2 years of minimum experience in logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or a related role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including the ability to create, manipulate, and analyze data
  • Location: Remote, CHI preferred
  • Willingness to travel to warehouse sites in the region

Responsibilities

  • Track incoming shipments and proactively address any potential delays or issues
  • Plan and execute outbound shipments based on sales orders and delivery schedules
  • Regularly review warehouse operations, recommending and implementing procedural improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in shipment processing
  • Collaborate with the warehouse to maintain accurate inventory records & perform regular inventory audits
  • Drive efficient handling of Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
  • Process logistic invoices
  • Manage traceability & communication of orders to key stakeholders
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage order cycle to ensure availability of necessary products
  • Analyze operational reports and data for trending and optimization
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly reports
  • Assist with system automation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Experiences for ERP systems and coding (python) a plus
