Join a rapidly expanding American manufacturing enterprise as their EMEA Regional Director, spearheading European market expansion. This executive-level position requires strategic planning and hands-on sales leadership across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will identify new market opportunities, cultivate customer relationships, develop and execute expansion strategies, and oversee daily operations with warehousing partners. The role also involves optimizing the distributor network, mentoring regional team members, and driving direct sales to achieve aggressive revenue targets. This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive compensation package and requires extensive international travel (4-5 days weekly). The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in logistics, distribution, or related sectors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, hazardous materials, or chemical sectors
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in guiding and developing team members
- Documented sales achievements with verified ability to accelerate revenue growth
- Outstanding verbal and presentation abilities in English
- Distributor management expertise - critical for maximizing our current network performance
- Strong systematic capabilities and proven ability to engage effectively across various organizational levels
- Team-oriented mindset with proven collaborative methodology for achieving objectives
Responsibilities
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and expansion possibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners
- Develop and execute strategic plans for market expansion and revenue growth across EMEA
- Oversee daily operations with warehousing partners and ensure seamless service delivery
- Optimize and expand our existing distributor network, identifying new partnership opportunities
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to regional team members
- Drive direct sales initiatives and achieve aggressive revenue targets in the European market
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with hazardous goods regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in European languages (Dutch, German, French, or additional European languages)
- Established professional network within European logistics and transportation sectors
- Background knowledge in cargo securement or related manufacturing industries
