Responsibilities

• Create Luxury Itineraries: Design personalized travel experiences with top accommodations, private tours, and exclusive access
• Manage Client Relationships: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth service from start to finish
• Coordinate with Partners: Work with luxury hotels, airlines, and tour providers to secure VIP services
• Handle Travel Logistics: Manage bookings, travel documents, and special requests
• Provide 24/7 Support: Address last-minute changes or issues during the trip
• Research Trends: Stay informed about luxury travel trends, new destinations, and exclusive experiences
• Use Travel Software: Track bookings, payments, and client preferences using management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or concierge services
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms (Axus, TravelJoy, Sabre, Amadeus)
• Multi-lingual skills (French, Spanish, or Italian preferred)
• First-hand experience in key luxury destinations
