Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute
• Proven experience as a Learning and Development Project Manager or in a similar role
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using Jira
• In-depth knowledge of learning and development principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Familiarity with learner experience platforms and their implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and rollout of a learner experience platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Oversee the configuration and customization of the learner experience platform
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the implementation process
• Conduct ongoing monitoring and evaluation to measure the effectiveness of the implementation
• Partner with Organizational Change Management lead to integrate change activities and adoption monitoring into project schedule
• Support Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Learning & Development project implementations
• Co-create project plans and identify project management support needs early in the implementation process
• Monitor project risks and issues working with the SME to determine appropriate paths for escalation and resolution
• Monitor and report project progress to the People Strategy Program Team
• Conduct retrospectives, or lessons learned, as milestones are achieved to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
